Briefing & Keynote Speech by David Flitner

Session for Entire Group – Event Theme

  Mid-day:        Break for Scrumptious Lunch
  Afternoon:     Break Out Sessions  
  Evening:        Cocktail Hour & Gourmet Dinner
  Note: If a full day is not required for Monday corporate sessions, there could be an additional day of riding, as we then organize the Tuesday morning program for Monday afternoon.
Tuesday:  Morning: 
Hearty Western Breakfast
Two-hour orientation on Western Riding and Horseman- 
ship, Matching Horse & Rider
  Mid-day:        Break for Scrumptious Lunch
  Afternoon:     Scenic Trail Ride / Trapshooting / Fly Fishing….  
  Evening:        Cocktail Hour & Photos from the Day; Gourmet Dinner
Wednesday:  Morning:        Hearty Western Breakfast
  Full-day:        Cattle Drive with Mid-day Break for Lunch
  Evening:        Cocktail Hour & Photos from the Day; Gourmet Dinner
Thursday:  Morning:        Hearty Western Breakfast
  All-day:         Trip to the secluded Upper Hideout in the Big Horn Mtns, includes Lunch
  Evening: 
Overnight at the Upper Hideout, includes Dinner and 
Professional Cowboy Musical Entertainment
Friday:  Morning:        Breakfast, then trip down from the Upper Hideout
  Afternoon:     Lunch en route; Debrief back at The Hideout
  Evening:        Cocktail Hour & Photos from the Day; Angus Steak
