Driving cattle by horseback with our wranglers and cowboys in Wyoming is a stimulating, practical, and symbolic exercise of what can happen in day-to-day corporate reality. The difference being, that working together in our ranch environment cuts out a lot of the unimportant noise and politics. The landscape, the weather, and the herd reduce life down to essentials, and thankfully, drown out the negative background noise and distractions.
