It’s important to stay close to your key accounts, to partner up, and constantly look for improvements and enhancing value in your products/services. Key accounts require a lot of attention, yet you can’t force them, you have no authority over them, and in many cases you may not have authority over other divisions, processes, or levels within your own organization.
