Sheena Ernst is a Le Cordon Bleu culinary schooled chef from the French culinary school Tante Marie in London, has worked in Colorado, Wyoming, London, Tuscany and Israel and brings a refreshing interpretation of Western Cuisine amongst other experiences. Sheena and her staff are constantly challenging each other to delight our guests with their culinary skills and ideas.
